Finishing workpieces by vibratory finishing
With the vibratory finishing process, we can finish your products very economically. Deburring, edge rounding, polishing and smoothing Matting, descaling and cleaning is also an economical solution with these processes.
- Edge rounding
How vibratory finishing works
The workpieces are usually fed into an aqueous solution with an additive as bulk material into a working vessel. The movement of the container causes friction between the workpieces and the grinding wheels in the machine. This results in slight metal removal on the surface of the workpieces. The result is very well visible on the pictures in the slider. Here the edges were rounded off, and the parts were polished to a high gloss.
In our round and trough vibrators of the Rösler company we can offer all deburring work. Magnetic parts can be separated very economically with a magnetic discharge, of course non-magnetic parts can also be discharged with the aid of sieves.
Sensitive parts are removed by hand to avoid damage. To prevent corrosion after treatment, it is possible to dry the parts afterwards with a continuous dryer or centrifuge.
